The “Pre” Construction along Racine Street and Valley Road leading to Big Door Storage is now complete! This means where the ROAD CLOSED signs used to be, there is now an OPEN ROAD!! In addition, the gravel road has now been replaced with asphalt, making it once again safe for drivers! 🙂
Along this route new water mains, sewer lines and telephone poles have been installed! The BEST news is that there will be no more construction until the road patches have had a chance to “settle”, which we are told will take at least another year.
For now, be assured that you can drive from either Valley Road OR Racine Street to reach Big Door Storage without the road betraying you. We have verified this because we drove it in both directions ourselves 🙂
